Register Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are unworn and in their original condition.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and secure it firmly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off & Refund
Hand over your package to the nearest authorized shipping point; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
